3.     Meldungen
Die Registrierung zur Regatta erfolgt unter https://regatten.rudern.at/.
Emailmeldung unter registration@wienerachter.com ist nur ausländischen Mannschaften vorenthalten. Die Registrierung erhält nach Zahlungseingang der Meldegebühr Gültigkeit.

Mit der Meldung erteilt der meldende Verein für die von ihm gemeldeten Personen die Zustimmung zur Veröffentlichung von Startlisten und Ergebnissen mit Namen und Bild.

4.     Meldegeld
€ 300.- pro Boot

€ 200.- pro Boot für am Capital Cup teilnehmende Mannschaften

Für jede Meldung wird eine Rechnung inkl. der Zahlungsbedingungen übermittelt werden. Jede/r Teilnehmer_in erhält ein Goody Bag inklusive T-Shirt o.ä.

5.     Bootsklasse
8+/8x+

6.     Alterskategorien
JM/JW, BM/BW, M/W, alle MM- und MW-Kategorien
Mixed Boote sind erlaubt. Es sind sowohl 8+ als auch 8x+ teilnahmeberechtigt. Mehrfachstarts von Personen als Steuerperson bzw. Ruder_in sind erlaubt.

7.     Startreihenfolge
In den ersten Abteilungen starten die ältesten Mastersklassen, in den letzten Abteilungen die jüngsten Altersklassen. Es wird versucht, möglichst gleichwertige Startfelder zu bestimmen. Aufgrund logistischer Notwendigkeiten (Doppelstarts von Teilnehmer_innen oder Booten) kann es zu Abweichungen von der Regelung kommen.

8.     Startprozedur
Alle teilnehmenden Teams müssen sich 15 Min. vor ihrem jeweiligen Start im Startbereich und 5 Min. vor dem Start an der Startlinie zum Ausrichten der Boote befinden. Zuspätkommen wird mit Strafminuten gleich der Dauer der Verspätungen geahndet. Den Anweisungen des Personals ist Folge zu leisten, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten. Aufwärmbereich und weitere Startaufstellungsinformationen sind der Informationsbroschüre zu entnehmen.

9.     Strecke
Die Boote starten in Abteilungen zu 5-12 Booten (je nach Meldeergebnis und Einteilung) im Massenstart. Start- und Ziellinie befinden sich an gleicher Stelle vor dem Bootshaus des WRC Pirat und sind mit Bojen gekennzeichnet. Die Strecke führt an der östlichen Seite des Gänsehäufels vorbei bis vor die Kagraner Brücke, wo eine Wende durchgeführt wird. Zwei Wendebojen müssen dafür entsprechend passiert werden. Die Rückfahrt erfolgt auf der westlichen Seite des Gänsehäufels. Langsamere Boote müssen Schnelleren das ungehinderte Überholen entsprechend der Rennsituation ermöglichen.

10.  Aufwärmzone
Ruderergometer werden in ausreichender Anzahl zum Aufwärmen zur Verfügung gestellt. Aufwärmbereiche auf dem Wasser sind in der Informationsbroschüre gekennzeichnet.

11.  Wertungen
Gesamtsieger Herren: Die schnellsten drei Achter erhalten Ehrenpreise.

Gesamtsieger Frauen: Die schnellsten drei Achter erhalten Ehrenpreise.
Mixed: das schnellste Mixedboot erhält einen Ehrenpreis
Kategorie: Kategoriensieger erhalten Medaillen. Die Kategorien werden dem Meldeergebnis entsprechend definiert. Bis zu drei Masterskategorien können zusammengelegt werden. Diese Einteilung, sowie jene der 8x+ Teams erfolgt nach dem Ermessen der Regattaleitung im Bestreben, ein Höchstmaß an Fairness und Ausgeglichenheit zu gewährleisten.

12.  Sattelplätze
Die Pläne der Sattelplätze und Informationen zu Bootseinsetzmöglichkeiten bei den Rudervereinen an der Alten Donau sind in der Informationsbroschüre vermerkt.

13.  Startnummernausgabe
Die Startnummernausgabe und Abholung der Goody Bags erfolgt am 11. Mai zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 10:00 Uhr beim WRC Pirat. Sonderabmachungen sind über info@wienerachter.com abzuklären.

14.  Siegerehrung / Feier
Die Siegerehrung der Regatta wird ab 17:30 Uhr beim WRC Pirat stattfinden, im Anschluss findet die Feier statt.

15.  Haftung
Boote sind durch den Veranstalter nicht versichert.
Jede/r Teilnehmer_in ist für seine Fitness selbst verantwortlich.
Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine wie auch immer geartete Haftung bezüglich Personen- oder Sachschäden.
Jede/r Teilnehmer_in muss selbst für entsprechend Versicherungen sorgen.

16.  Doping
Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass im Rahmen der Regatta jederzeit Dopingkontrollen durchgeführt werden können. Für verordnete Medikamente, die auf der Dopingliste stehen, ist daher vorher eine Ausnahmegenehmigung einzuholen und an die NADA Austria GmbH und an den ÖRV zu senden. 17.  Regattawettkampfbestimmungen
Die Regatta wird nach den RWB des Österreichischen Ruderverbandes ausgetragen.

18.  Genehmigt durch die Technische Kommission des ÖRV im Jänner 2024.

4.800 m long distance regatta

3. Registrations
Registration for the regatta is to be done at https://regatten.rudern.at/.

Email registration at registration@wienerachter.com is reserved for foreign teams only. The registration is valid after receipt of the registration fee.
With the registration the registering club agrees to the publication of starting lists and results with name and picture for the persons registered by them.

4. Entry fee
€ 300.- per boat
€ 200.- per boat for teams participating in the Capital Cup.
An invoice including the terms of payment will be sent for each entry.
Each participant will receive a goody bag including a T-shirt or other items. 

5. Boat class
8+/8x+

6. Age categories
JM/JW, BM/BW, M/W, all MM and MW categories.
Mixed boats are allowed. Both 8+ and 8x+ are eligible. Multiple starts of persons as coxswain or oarsman are allowed.

7. Starting order
The oldest Masters classes will start in the first divisions, the youngest age groups in the last divisions. It will be attempted to determine starting fields that are as equal as possible. Due to logistical necessities (double starts of competitors or boats) there may be deviations from the rules.

8. Starting procedure
All participating teams must be in the starting area 15 minutes before their respective start and at the starting line 5 minutes before the start to align the boats. Late arrivals will be penalised with penalty minutes equal to the duration of the delay. The instructions of the staff must be followed to ensure a smooth course of events. Warm-up area and other starting line-up information can be found in the information brochure.

9. Course
Boats will start in sections of 5-12 boats (depending on entry results and division) in a mass start. The start and finish line will be at the same place in front of the WRC Pirat boathouse and will be marked with buoys. The course leads along the eastern side of the Gänsehäufel to the Kagraner Brücke, where a turnaround will be performed. Two turning buoys have to be passed accordingly. The return trip takes place on the western side of the Gänsehäufel. Slower boats must allow faster boats to overtake without hindrance according to the race situation.

10. Warm-up zone
Rowing ergometers will be provided in sufficient numbers for warming up. Warm-up areas on the water are marked in the information brochure. 

11. Rankings
Overall winner men: The fastest three eights will receive prizes.
Overall winner women: The fastest three eights will receive prizes of honour.
Mixed: the fastest mixed boat will receive a prize of honour.
Category: Category winners will receive medals. The categories will be defined according to the entry results. Up to three master categories may be combined. This division, as well as that of the 8x+ teams, will be at the discretion of the Regatta Committee in an effort to ensure maximum fairness and balance.

12. Launch-, trailer- and rigging area
The plans of trailer- and rigging areas and information on boat launching possibilities at the rowing clubs on the Old Danube are noted in the information brochure.

13. Distribution of starting numbers
Start number distribution and collection of goody bags will take place on 11th of May between 8:00 am and 10:00 am at WRC Pirat. Special arrangements are to be made via info@wienerachter.com.

14. Award ceremony / celebration
The award ceremony of the regatta will take place from 17:30 at the WRC Pirat, followed by a party.

15. Liability
Boats are not insured by the organiser.
Each participant is responsible for his/her own fitness.
The organiser assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injury or damage to property.
Each participant must take out his/her own insurance.

16. Doping
The organiser points out that doping controls may be carried out at any time during the regatta. For prescribed drugs, which are on the doping list, an exemption has to be obtained and sent to NADA Austria GmbH and the ÖRV. Forms can be found at: www.nada.at

17. Regatta regulations
The regatta will be held according to the RWB of the Austrian Rowing Association.
